A Norfolk County Tradition Celebrating Agriculture, Homecraft & Community Pride Since 1851

The Langton Fair, proudly hosted by the Langton Agricultural Society, is one of Norfolk County’s oldest rural traditions. First held in 1851, the fair has connected generations of farm families and neighbours through a shared celebration of agriculture, creativity, and local heritage. Today, it remains a vital expression of community identity for Langton and surrounding areas.

A Fair Rooted in Pioneer Settlement & Rural Community Life

The Langton Fair began during the early settlement years of the former South Walsingham Township, when farms, mills, one-room schoolhouses, and crossroads villages were taking shape.
