Sunderland Fall Fair 2026

Fair opens at 4 p.m. on Tuesday

Originating in 1851, Sunderland Fall Fair is the oldest fair in Durham Region. Through our events and activities, we seek to celebrate our community’s agricultural heritage and demonstrate the often forgotten links between the land and the food we eat. Our events’ list includes an antique tractor and car show, light and heavy horse classes, a lawn tractor pull, a 4-H dairy event, displays of field crops, flowers, plants and vegetables as well as home craft classes for baking, quilting, preserves, woodworking and many others. Entertainment is provided throughout the Fair, often showcasing local talent, and of course there will be a variety fun activities for the enjoyment of our younger visitors. The final event of the Fair is the ever popular and always well-attended demolition derby. There’s a lot going on for a mid-week fair. Come out and enjoy the fun!
