Reconnect with Nature as Guided Mindfulness Walks Return to Westfield

Looking to unwind and reconnect with nature? Westfield Heritage Village Conservation Area is now offering guided mindful walks through the scenic conservation area. During this 2-kilometre walk, participants will experience nature in a calm and meaningful way, led by a certified guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Trainers.

After the walk, participants are welcome to stay at Westfield Heritage Village to explore the historical buildings that bring early Canadian culture to life.

What is Forest Therapy?
Forest Therapy is a guided, mindful practice inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-Yoku or “forest bathing.” It helps reduce stress, support well-being, and strengthen the connection between
people and nature. The practice is gentle, inclusive, and open to anyone looking to slow down and reconnect.

Dates and Registration
Mindfulness Walks run from 10 AM to 12 PM on Sundays:

• June 7
• July 12
• August 9
• September 20

Registration is required, and space is limited.Fees
HCA Members: $21.25 +HST
Non-HCA Members: $25.00 +HST
