Established to ensure that local heritage was not lost as the region modernized, Moreston Heritage Village brings together structures and collections that tell the story of how families lived, worked, worshipped, and built community in rural Ontario. The village also places settlement history within a broader and more accurate historical context. Georgian Bluffs is located on lands traditionally stewarded by Indigenous peoples, including the Anishinaabe, and within the territory of the Saugeen Ojibway Nation.
